Women's Lacrosse: Against Springfield, Warriors Continue Stiff Non-Conference Slate

After a year's absence, senior Maggie Bodington had two goals for the second game this year. The Warriors commited 27 turnovers, giving them 64 in two opening losses. The match featured Eastern senior attack Allison Wylie against sister Abby, a freshman defender for Springfield. Allison had one ground ball and took one shot and Abby a ground ball and caused turnover. Eastern plays its first home game Thursday against Wellesley College at 4 p.m. before playing twice in Florida during spring break. Unbeaten (6-0) in the Little East Conference last year, Eastern visits Southern Maine March 30 in its conference opener.
